Anthology for Listening. Vol. I. IMAGINED REALITIES

Our ability to listen is the key to orientation and to place one in space and time. At the same time this essential ability can be used as a tool, to mess up with our understanding of reality. With sound we can move across borders, space and time as we like, creating imaginary worlds and telling stories. Imagined Realities can be interpreted in many ways, but the essential is the awareness of the individual sounds and layers creating the spaces and nonspaces. A lot of different sounds are hidden in the soundscape to explore and to expand the imagined reality. The key is awareness. And listening is just that – Awareness.
